Details : Our construction team is thrilled to announce the completion of the new Agrarian Hotel in Arroyo Grande. This boutique hotel is a two-story new construction building with stunning views of the nearby historic creek and is situated in the heart of downtown, right across from city hall.

Our goal for this project was to create a building that reflects the character and charm of the surrounding community, while also offering modern amenities and conveniences. The building features a beautiful, timeless design incorporating high-quality materials and finishes, including natural stone, wood, and metal accents.

One of the standout features of the Agrarian Hotel is the outdoor pool and spa area, which is designed to be a relaxing and inviting space for guests to unwind and enjoy the beautiful California weather. We also constructed an entire breakfast dining area, which offers guests a delicious and convenient way to start their day.

The hotel features one elevator for easy access to the upper levels. The rooms are designed to be comfortable and welcoming, with high-quality bedding, modern furnishings, and various amenities to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay.

Our team worked closely with the hotel owners throughout the construction process to ensure that every aspect of the building was designed and built to their specifications. We also worked closely with local officials to ensure the building met all necessary building codes and regulations.
